Tasked with transforming Ayrburn into a premier dining destination, our collaboration with Winton Property Group embarked on a journey guided by integrity, attention to detail, and a deep reverence for history. Embracing the mantra of 'Continue the Story,' we delved into Ayrburn's narrative tapestry, weaving together a compelling brand experience that honours its heritage while embracing the spirit of innovation.
From the master brand to its associated wine label and eight distinct venue identities, including The Woolshed, The Manure Room, and The Barrel Room, every aspect of Ayrburn's identity was meticulously crafted to reflect its rich legacy. Through strategic planning, naming, identity design, copywriting, and meticulous attention to detail in signage, menus, and décor, Ayrburn's essence was imbued into every touchpoint.
As Winton's CEO, Chris Meehan, aptly puts it, Ayrburn is more than just a destination; it's a celebration of the past with an eye toward the future.
